1. You must own what you upload

You may only upload music you created, own the rights to, or have explicit permission to distribute. This includes vocals, samples, instrumentals and cover artwork. We do not assume that uploaded music is cleared for distribution.

2. Prohibited content

• Copyrighted material you do not have the rights to
• Hate speech, harassment or threats
• Sexually explicit or violent material
• Spam, misleading uploads or impersonation

3. Reporting and enforcement

Anyone can report a song or an account. Our moderators review every report and may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Rights holders can report copyright violations using the report option on any song page.

4. Your content stays yours

You keep the rights to your music. By uploading, you grant SoundDrop permission to store and stream it to listeners. You can delete your uploads at any time from your library.
